We offer a free design as a thank you at each event. To receive it, simply attend the event, and the educator will provide instructions on how to download the design.

Yes! All events are available to watch for 48hrs after the live. Use the same link you were provided for the live to watch the replay.

dime is located in Dallas, TX and all event times are shown in Central time.

After you register, you'll receive an order summary email with the link to the live event. We’ll also send reminder emails with the link 24 hours and 1 hour before the event. If you don’t see them, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Need help? Feel free to contact us at customerservices@dzgns.com for the link!

You don’t need any supplies to attend a dime event! Our events are "watch and shop," so just sit back and enjoy. You might want to have a pen and paper nearby to jot down any tips or techniques you’d like to remember for later.

Sharing might be caring, but when it comes to our software, it's a no-no! Our licensing agreement says you can’t share or transfer your software to others—it’s against the rules. But don’t worry, your friends can still join the fun with full-featured demos available in the FREE Embroidery Tool Shed. Now, you can share the love of stitching without breaking any rules!.

All dime software is available through our free Embroidery Tool Shed. Just download the Tool Shed, find your product, and complete the quick registration process. As a current owner of the Embroidery Tool Shed - you already know its power! It houses the entire collection of available software and allows you to access your programs directly in the Tool Shed without the hassle of flipping in and out of programs.

To activate a new software title open the Embroidery Tool Shed and under Purchases on the bottom right-hand side of the screen click the three-dot menu. It should say "options" when you hover over it. Once clicked the menu will expand to show you some options: Buy Now, Activate, Try, Tutorial

If you have already purchased the title and have a serial number select Activate. A window will pop up and walk you thru the process. Have your serial number handy before you begin.

Yes! We have a full, vibrant community of software users ready to help. As well, we offer one-on-one training sessions with a dime educator where you can take advantage of their vast knowledge to help you with a project or just take a deep-dive into your favorite title.

From within the Embroidery Tool Shed select the software title you want to view in the bottom right-hand corner.

Using the menu at the top left of your screen choose Help/Manual. A window prompt will appear to download.

Absolutely! Any item you embroider is yours and you may resale it as you wish.

You are not permitted, however, to resale the design collections or elements contained in the software or design collections as digital files.

You will receive an email with the subject line "Dime - Product Download" after your purchase is complete. This is a separate email from your order receipt. Follow the directions in the email to download your product. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email. Should you encounter any trouble please give us a call or send us an email.

Our software works on both Windows and MAC platforms! You can view our minimum system requirements here.

Our policy allows for one activation on your main computer and another as a backup on a computer/laptop that you own. You must own both computers and you are the only licensed user for both the main activation and the backup copy.

If there is a need or an emergency issue, we do give additional activations on a case-by-case basis, such as stolen equipment, catastrophic failures, crashes, replacement computers etc. 

Additional Registrations:

DIME software products are licensed for one activation so you can register immediately on one personal computer. Two activations are permitted per serial number per owner at any given time.

To install the software on a second computer, request an additional activation from the Help Desk

If your computer has to be replaced or your operating system has to be reinstalled, open a Help Desk ticket to request assistance.

Please note in some cases we may deactivate your old serial number and provide a new one. This is at our discretion, depending on the situation. 

If you already own any of the dime software titles, then you already have the free Embroidery Tool Shed.

If you are new to machine embroidery software and do not own any of our titles you can download our FREE software here. With Embroidery Tool Shed you will gain access to some powerful tools. 

Also included with Embroidery Tool Shed are full-featured demos of all our software titles, with only the save feature disabled.

Your software or design collection will come with instructions, a link to download, and a serial number. If any of these are missing from your in-store purchase, contact the dealer you purchased the product from.
