Thank you for purchasing a dime design collection.
For help installing your design collection, watch our instructional video or follow the steps below for success.
- If you ordered a digital product online click the link provided to you in your email after purchase. If you have a physical card please follow the directions on the card and input the URL provided.
- Make note of the location of where you are installing the .zip file. Most computers will automatically download to the “Downloads” folder.
- We recommend turning off your virus protector before you continue to the next step. If you do not disable your protection and your computer prompts you to verify that the file is safe, please do so by clicking Run Anyway. You may be prompted to enter your username and password for your computer on certain versions of Windows.
- Once the download is complete extract the contents of the .zip file to your computer.
- Locate the setup.exe file in the location you extracted your files to, double-click it. Your computer may ask you if it is okay to run the file or if it is okay to allow the app to make changes to your computer, click on Yes or Allow.
- Click on install
- Select the format for your machine, you can install more than one file type. Click okay.
- If your design collection includes a serial number you will see another screen asking for registration information. Please fill out the required boxes except for the activation code and be sure to enter the serial number in ALL CAPS. Include any dashes. Click on Register Now to complete your registration.
- Once done, click okay. The folder location of the files will automatically open for you.
- If you disabled your virus protector during the installation please turn it back on now.
